Access to the Web grants you the status of ‘User’, understood as anyone who uses the Web for the purpose of obtaining information about the products and services offered, to register on the platform or to subscribe to a program (hereinafter, a ‘Program’).

1.1 Get to Know Us

This website is managed by Laia Bedós Bonaterra, with address at Carrer Pintor Terruella 6, Llançà (Girona), 17490, Spain. Our Tax Identification Number is 45538863J .

Do you have any questions or need assistance? You can write to us at laia@bedosbonaterra.com. We will be happy to assist you!

1.2 Acceptance of the Terms of Use

We recommend that you read these Terms of Use carefully before subscribing to a Program. The use of the Website or the subscription to a Program by any User implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and Cookies, and the Legal Notice, which are available at the bottom of the Website.

If you have any questions related to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and Cookies or the Legal Notice, you can contact us through our usual contact channels, and if you do not agree with them, we ask you to leave the Website and not subscribe to any Program. If you subscribe to a Program on behalf of a company, you should know that it will be bound by the same.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1 Access to the Website

The Website is free and open access; however, subscribing to a Program requires prior subscription or registration on the Website. Additionally, some sections may require you to fill out a form or make a payment, as explained later.

As a User, you agree to use the Website, its content, and its services in accordance with these Terms of Use, applicable law, public order, and good customs, and not to use it in a way that damages, disables, and/or overloads the Website, or that may in any way prevent the normal use and operation of the Website. At Laia Bedós Bonaterra, we make a continuous effort to keep the Website functioning well and to keep the content updated. However, we cannot guarantee the complete availability and continuity of access to the Website or the updating of its content.

2.2 Registration

As mentioned, to subscribe to a Program, we may ask you to provide certain registration data or other information. By continuing with the registration, you agree to:

  • provide us with true, accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form; and
  • promptly maintain and update this information so that it remains true, accurate, current, and complete.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and to deny you current or future use of the Website. The processing of personal data you provide to us through the registration form is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies.

2.3 Participation in a Program

Access to a Program may be through third-party platforms, which may require acceptance of their own terms and conditions. The Programs and all content you access through them are for your personal use and are not marketable and do not imply any professional, commercial, or employment relationship with the User. During your subscription to the Program or access to the Website, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the content of Laia Bedós Bonaterra.

Likewise, by using the Website you agree not to:

  • Subscribe to a Program if you are under 18 years old, unless you have the express authorization of your legal representatives to formalize the subscription and participate in the Program.
  • Perform actions likely to alter, damage, interrupt, or harm our electronic systems or those of third parties; as well as not to obstruct other users' access to the Website and its services by massive consumption of the computing resources through which we provide our services.
  • Attempt to access other Users' email accounts or restricted areas of our or third parties' computer systems and, if applicable, extract information.
  • Violate our intellectual or industrial property rights or the rights of third parties.
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute (or any other form of public communication), transform, or modify the content published on the Website beyond the limits allowed by intellectual property law and the personal use of materials that we expressly make available to you for download.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other device, process, or automatic means for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material from the Website.
  • Bypass any measures we may take to prevent or restrict access to certain areas of the Website.
  • Attempt in any other way to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.

If you breach these Terms of Use or any other conditions set forth on the Website, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access by taking measures proportionate to the breach. Unless it is a serious breach or a legal obligation that requires us to act immediately, we will notify you in advance indicating the reason and giving you the opportunity to remedy it. If we terminate your access to a Program already paid for due to a cause not attributable to you, we will refund the proportional part for the unused period.

2.4 Security and Password

Your Website password is for your personal use and you should not disclose it to anyone nor allow any other person to access the restricted areas of the Website or any part of it using your username, password, or other security information.

If there is any unauthorized access or use related to your username or password, you must notify us immediately. This way we can cancel or block your account to protect you, Laia Bedós Bonaterra, or other users.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TO A PROGRAM

You may subscribe to a Program and access the educational materials, presented in various digital formats (which may include video, audio, downloadable digital resources, webinars or online seminars, virtual and in-person events, forum participation, etc.), which you may use for a specified period, upon payment of the price through the Website, for which it is necessary that you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookies, and the Legal Notice.

3.1 Subscribing

We provide you with the option to contract a Program through the Website where you will find the conditions related to each of the Programs and their subscription. Once the Subscription is confirmed, you may make the payment for a Program through the Website, after which you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the corresponding information.

Before confirming the subscription, we will show you a summary with the selected Program, its duration, and the period during which you will be able to access the materials, the total price broken down, and, if applicable, the payment frequency, and you will be able to go back to review and correct any errors before finalizing it. To complete it, you must press the button «Subscribe with payment obligation» or an unambiguous equivalent formulation.

The contract may be formalized in any of the languages in which the Website is available. The confirmation we send you by email constitutes the contract document in durable format and will include these Terms of Use; you can request it again through Customer Service channels.

If you do not receive the confirmation of your subscription, check that the payment has been made correctly in your bank account. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or ‘spam’ mail. It should be there. In any case, if you have any questions, you can contact us through the usual means.

3.2 Access

On the page of each Program, we indicate its duration, the start date if it has one, and how long you will be able to access the materials once it has ended. Unless otherwise indicated, access will be maintained during that period at no additional cost.

If the Program is contracted through periodic payments, it will be automatically renewed for equal periods. Before each renewal, we will remind you, with the advance notice required by consumer regulations, indicating the date on which it will occur, the amount of the charge, and what will happen if you do not tell us anything. You may cancel the renewal at any time up to that date, easily and by the same means by which you contracted, without cost or penalty. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the already paid period, which you may continue to enjoy until its end.

If we have to cancel or postpone a Program, or substantially modify its content, schedule, format, or the announced teaching team, we will inform you as soon as possible and you may choose to keep your place under the new conditions or terminate the contract with a full refund of the amount paid.

3.3 Price

The applicable prices are those indicated on the Website on the date of subscription and include VAT and any other applicable indirect tax. We may update the prices at any time, but changes will not affect subscriptions already in force.

Until you have completed the payment of the Program price, you will not acquire the status of student and you will not be able to access the Program and, therefore, any content offered by the Website to its students.

3.4 Payment Methods

To formalize the contracting of a Program, you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect you to third-party platforms to complete the payment of the subscription to the Program by credit card or another payment method available at any given time.

When redirected to third-party platforms to make the payment, you will access the platform managed by the corresponding payment service provider (an environment external to the Website and not controlled by Laia Bedós Bonaterra). There, the final amount, the purchase reference number will be displayed on the screen, and you will be asked to provide the information of the selected payment method.

Since the payment process occurs in an environment independent of the Website, if an incident occurs during that process, you may contact the payment service provider according to their terms, but also us through Customer Service channels: we will help you resolve it and respond to everything related to the subscription to the Program. Unauthorized payment transactions are governed by payment services regulations.

You can modify your payment methods from your Website profile or by contacting us via the email laia@bedosbonaterra.com. After each update, you authorize us to continue charging you through the relevant payment method(s).

3.5 Billing

When making your purchase, you have the right to receive a paper invoice free of charge. If you wish to receive it in electronic format, you only need to expressly authorize it by checking the corresponding box or notifying us through any of our Customer Service channels.

You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting us through the same Customer Service channels, at no cost to you.

3.6 Right of Withdrawal

Changed your mind? No problem. If you contract as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription to a Program, without needing to state the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date you formalized the contract.

What if you have already started the Program? If the Program starts before the 14 days expire or you request it, you retain your right to withdraw, but you must pay the proportional part for the training you have already received up to the moment you communicate your decision. You will only lose the right of withdrawal when the Program has been fully delivered, provided you requested it that way and expressly acknowledged that, upon completion, you would lose this right. This applies equally to online and in-person Programs: attending the first session does not cause you to lose the right.

And what about downloadable materials? If you acquire digital material that is supplied in a single delivery and remains in your possession independently of the Program (for example, a downloadable file), you will lose the right of withdrawal over it if you expressly ask us to supply it before the 14 days expire and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose that right.

To exercise this right you can:

  • Cancel the contract here, without leaving the Website. This is the fastest way: you can do it throughout the cancellation period and we will confirm receipt without delay in durable form, indicating its content and the date and time we received it.
  • Write to us through any of the channels in the Customer Service section, telling us that you want to cancel. You do not need to explain the reason or fulfill any formality.

If you prefer not to write the message, you can copy the cancellation form template found at the end of this section. Its use is optional: any communication that clearly shows your decision is equally valid.

Once the cancellation has been exercised, we will refund all amounts paid (deducting, if applicable, the indicated proportional part) without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of your decision. We will do so using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly indicate otherwise, and at no cost for the refund.

Cancellation form template

(You only need to complete and send this form if you wish to cancel. Its use is not mandatory.) To the attention of Laia Bedós Bonaterra, with address at Carrer Pintor Terruella 6, 17490 Llançà, Girona, Spain, and email laia@bedosbonaterra.com:

  • I hereby inform you that I desist from my contract for the provision of the following service:
  • Contracted program and date of contracting:
  • Name and address of the consumer:
  • Consumer's signature (only if the form is submitted on paper):
  • Date:

If you contract as a consumer, the digital contents and services that make up the Program are covered by the legal warranty of conformity: they must correspond to the description and advertised characteristics, be suitable for their purpose, and be available throughout the committed access period. If they are not compliant, you can demand their free conformity repair and, if this is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, a proportional price reduction or contract termination with reimbursement of the corresponding part. This warranty is independent of the right of withdrawal and does not entail any cost to you.

In the sheet of each Program, we inform you of the technical requirements necessary to follow it (devices, operating system, browser, and connection), the formats in which the materials are delivered, and the technical protection measures that, if applicable, we apply to them.

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE

For any questions, suggestions, inquiries, or complaints about the Website or a Program, you can contact our customer service by any of the following means:

  • Contact phone: +34655318795

If your complaint is not resolved through our customer service, we will inform you about the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution entities, without prejudice to your right to go to consumer authorities or the courts.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 Regarding the information

The content of the Website is of a general nature and is intended for informational purposes without guaranteeing its exhaustiveness, accuracy, timeliness, or usefulness for a specific purpose.

At Laia Bedós Bonaterra we are a private entity independent of any public or private educational institution, so the Programs do not have recognition from other entities. Therefore, the certificates we issue are of a private nature and have no official recognition, even if they include the participation of third-party institutions.

Furthermore, you must take into account that taking a Program does not guarantee that it will result in an increase in the user's job prospects, salary increases, or other professional improvements. Additionally, except as stated in these Terms of Use and as permitted by law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, legal or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties regarding the quality and suitability of the Programs for a particular purpose of the User, are excluded. In this regard, neither Laia Bedós Bonaterra nor any of our employees, partners, collaborators, or interviewees shall be liable for damages, losses, or harm, whether direct or indirect, nor for loss of opportunities, profits, contracts, data, data recovery costs, or for the lack of accuracy, usefulness, or correctness of the information and/or content received by the user.

Beyond the guarantees imposed on us by law and those expressly provided in these Terms of Use, we do not offer additional warranties on the Programs. Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, for personal injury, or any of the rights that consumer legislation recognizes for you as mandatory, including the legal warranty. Outside of these cases, we will be liable for foreseeable damages that are a direct consequence of our failure to fulfill our obligations.

5.2 Regarding third-party linked content and services

We offer you such links and information and/or services solely for your convenience, and it is your responsibility to read and accept the terms of use and privacy policies published on those linked websites or applications.

Under no circumstances does the existence of linked sites, integrations, the presence of plugins, or search mechanisms imply the recommendation or promotion of the linked sites or their content by Laia Bedós Bonaterra. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content, statements, or services provided by third-party websites.

In any case, we will proceed to the immediate removal of any link when the content to which it redirects may contravene national or international law, morality, or public order. Therefore, if you consider that there is a linked website with illegal or inappropriate content, we ask you to inform us so that we can take the measures we deem appropriate.

5.3 Regarding the availability of the Website

We have adopted, and will continue to adopt, all necessary measures within our capabilities and the state of technology to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to prevent the existence of harmful components.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or indefinite continuity over time of the execution of the programs nor the constant availability of their content, nor will we be liable for any damages that you or third parties may suffer due to the inability to access the Website, as well as the presence of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements.

If a prolonged or repeated interruption prevents you from following the Program under the contracted conditions, we will extend your access period for an equivalent time or, if that does not resolve the problem, we will refund the proportional part. Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any of the rights that consumer legislation recognizes for you as mandatory.

6. INTELLECTUAL AND/OR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The Programs, the content and functionalities related to them, the design of https://www.bedosbonaterra.com as well as the databases, software, the different elements that make up the Website (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, color combinations, layout and selection, etc.), as well as the distinctive signs (logos, registered trademarks, and trade names) that appear on the Website are owned by us or by the holders of the respective licenses and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.

By accessing the Programs, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the content of https://www.bedosbonaterra.com and view the content for the purpose of training. Except for the aforementioned license, no right, title, or interest in the Programs or any content thereof is transferred, and at Laia Bedós Bonaterra we reserve all rights not expressly granted.

The license will remain in effect for the entire access period to the Program that we have communicated to you. We may only revoke it before that period in the event of your serious breach of these Terms of Use.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, transform, create derivative works, publicly display or perform, republish, distribute, download, store, or transmit, by any means and in any form, the Website and/or all or part of the content included therein, including, but not limited to, texts, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, color combinations, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of its contents, without prejudice to the rights that third parties may have over any of the elements that make up the content. All of the above is without prejudice to having our prior, express, and written authorization or, where appropriate, that of the holder of the corresponding rights.

You may download, keep, and use for your personal training those materials that we expressly make available to you for that purpose, during the access period to the Program and after it, unless otherwise indicated in their description. The rest of the content hosted on the Website may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used outside of it without our prior authorization. All of the above is understood without prejudice to the limits on copyright legally provided, such as private copying or citation and illustration for teaching purposes.

Under no circumstances does access to the Website or subscription to a Program imply the transfer of any intellectual and/or industrial property rights over it or its contents.

7. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

At Laia Bedós Bonaterra, we allow Users who have purchased or completed a Program to share their experience through reviews, ratings, and comments (hereinafter, the “Reviews”). These Reviews are intended to help other Users make informed decisions. By submitting a Review, you expressly accept these Terms of Use, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy and Cookies, and you declare that:

  • You are of legal age.
  • You are the original author of the content or have the necessary authorizations for its publication.
  • The Review reflects a real personal experience, either your own or of people in your environment for whom you have authorization to share such experience.
  • You have not received any payment, gift, discount, or other compensation in exchange for posting the Review. We do not publish purchased or incentivized reviews. If a review comes from a commercial collaboration, it will not be displayed as a consumer opinion and will be clearly and unequivocally identified as promotional content.
  • The content does not infringe on third-party rights (including copyright, image rights, data protection, trade secrets, or the right to honor).
  • You do not include personal data (such as full names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, order numbers, or similar identifiers) of yourself or third parties.
  • You refrain from including images or references to minors.
  • You agree that, when the system requires it, you may be asked for a pseudonym, which may be visible alongside the Review.

7.1. Moderation and publication

At Laia Bedós Bonaterra, we may review reviews through both automated systems and manual methods, either before or after their publication. Likewise, we reserve the right to remove or reject them, in whole or in part and without prior notice, if:

  • They are false, misleading, inaccurate, or not based on a real experience.
  • They contain offensive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, sexist, racist language or incite hatred or violence.
  • They include advertising, spam, links, prices, external comparisons, or other commercial purposes.
  • They contain viruses or potentially harmful technical elements.
  • They refer to topics unrelated to the evaluated Program, such as technical access problems, payments, or administrative issues that must be managed through the designated contact channels.
  • They contain any type of personal data or sensitive data (such as health, beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.).
  • They constitute attacks on other Users or other Reviews.

Although we may correct spelling or formatting errors that do not alter the content, as well as remove personal data included by mistake, we will publish both positive and negative reviews that meet these requirements and adhere to the same moderation criteria. Likewise, you may publish only one review for each contracted Program.

7.2. Verification and publication of reviews

We apply reasonable and proportionate measures to verify that the Reviews come from people who have actually contracted a Program. To do this, we check that each Review corresponds to a subscription effectively made, through registration data, the email linked to the account, or another technical validation mechanism. Reviews that pass this verification may be displayed as verified, indicating the verification method applied.

Reviews may come both from those who have contracted a Program directly on Laia Bedós Bonaterra and from third-party websites, in which case their origin may be indicated.

Once published, we will inform you about the criteria used to determine their order of appearance, which will be based on objective parameters such as the publication date, relevance, or usefulness. Under no circumstances will the original content or rating be modified.

7.3. Rights of use over Reviews

By submitting a Review, you grant us, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, a license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publicly communicate, or distribute the Review, in any medium or format, including websites, social networks, commercial communications, points of sale, and, in particular, also for advertising or promotional purposes.

This license does not grant you the right to remuneration and will remain in effect while the Review remains published. If you request its removal or revoke your consent according to the following section, we will stop using it in new media or campaigns, without prejudice to uses already made in accordance with the law.

7.4. Withdrawal, modification, and revocation

You can request at any time the removal, anonymization, or modification of your Review by contacting us through laia@bedosbonaterra.com. You may also revoke the consent granted for its use, without prejudice to the processing already carried out in accordance with the law.

7.5. Liability

As a User, you are solely responsible for the content of your Review and any legal consequences arising from it. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors and do not constitute statements or guarantees issued by us, without prejudice to the verification checks described in clause 7.2.

At Laia Bedós Bonaterra, we disclaim all responsibility regarding its truthfulness, accuracy, or usefulness.

8. COMMUNITY RULES

We will confirm receipt without delay and resolve it diligently, objectively, and non-arbitrarily. If we remove your content or limit your account, we will communicate the decision and the reasons on which it is based, as well as the means available to challenge it.

We may delete posts or certain member activities that do not comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use and may be grounds for account deletion. We also reserve the right to delete or block posts.

8.2 Participation Rules

As a User, you must comply with these guidelines on all occasions where participation is available by any means and in any form in the Programs:

  • As a User, you must respect the opinions of other Users and refrain from using offensive or defamatory, racist, or violent language or language that violates current law.
  • You may only add content of which you are the original author or over which you have the necessary rights, and you must inform the origin of the content through a link.
  • Do not publish personal information about yourself or another User at any time, such as emails, phone numbers, nor engage in any activity that infringes the rights of another person, including their intellectual or industrial property rights. If personal data is included in comments, it must be taken into account that their contents cannot be used for benefits or uses not expressly authorized by their owner. The User who adds these comments will be responsible for the truthfulness of the data indicated.
  • You must keep in mind that we have no obligation to respond to Users' comments.
  • Advertising is not allowed. Posting links or mentions of other services, products, websites, or companies in posts is prohibited. We ask you to report posts containing advertising to the moderators.
  • Do not impersonate another person or provide us with incorrect information. It is not allowed to impersonate other members or assume the identity of other people.

If you believe that content posted by a User violates these guidelines, you can let us know, and we will review and monitor its content and decide its suitability for removal.

The comments section may be provided through a third-party provider that may require registration and has its own terms and conditions, which you must read and accept to add a comment, and we ask that if you do not agree, you refrain from registering.

8.3 User Contributions

In cases where a User publicly shares any protected creation or other intangible resource through the Website, they commit to owning all rights to such elements and/or having obtained the necessary authorizations. In this regard, you grant us a free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publicly communicate, and distribute your contribution within the Website and the Programs, for the purpose of operating the community and allowing other participants to access it. We will only use your contribution for promotional purposes or outside the Website if you give us your prior and specific consent. The license will remain while the contribution remains published; you may request its removal at any time, without prejudice to uses already made in accordance with the law.

9. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

9.1 Force Majeure

In the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays the fulfillment of our obligations, we may be forced to suspend the Programs in whole or in part. Such events shall be considered, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to us.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you without undue delay. If such suspension lasts more than 20 days or if it becomes evident that we will not be able to comply, you will have the option to terminate the contract and a refund will then be processed under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.

9.2 Modification of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use were last updated on 22/10/2026. We may review and update these Terms of Use at any time and will notify you by the usual means, but whenever they affect material elements, they will not take effect until 14 days after publication.

In any case, the Terms of Use in effect at the time of contracting shall apply to each contract, and no subsequent modification shall affect the economic conditions or the access period of the Programs already contracted.

9.3 Independence and Integrity of Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses forming these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented with others that, being in accordance with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced clauses.

9.4 Applicable law and jurisdiction

Access to and use of https://www.bedosbonaterra.com shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Figueres, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case that you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
