Access to the Web grants you the status of "User," understood as anyone who uses the Web for the purpose of obtaining information about the products and services offered, to register on the booking platform, or to contract the Services (hereinafter, a "Booking" or the "Services").

Make a Reservation or contract a Service if you are under 18 years old.

3.1 Making a Reservation

You can go back at any time during the process to review and correct the entered data before finalizing the Reservation. To complete it, you must press the button "Reserve with payment obligation" or an unambiguous equivalent formulation, thus expressly confirming that the Reservation implies a payment obligation.

Once the Reservation of the Services has been made through the Website, you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the corresponding information.

We will keep a record of your Reservation and the confirmation we send you by email, which constitutes the contract document in durable format and includes these Terms of Use and the applicable pre-contractual information. If you do not receive the Reservation confirmation, check your bank account to ensure that the payment has been made correctly. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or "spam" mail. 3.2 Conditions to modify or cancel a Reservation

If you want to modify or cancel the Reservation, we will do our best to attend to your request, provided it is made according to the following conditions and subject to availability:

Penalty for cancellation outside the deadline: 100%

You can request the modification or cancellation from the Website or by contacting us through the usual channels.

If you do not attend on the date and time of the Reservation without having modified or canceled it in accordance with the provisions of this clause, it will be considered a late cancellation and we may apply the informed penalty, without affecting the right of withdrawal when applicable.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 Prices

The prices applicable to the Services are those indicated at any given time on the Website on the date the Reservation is formalized and include VAT and any other applicable indirect tax. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect Reservations and Services already confirmed.

4.2 Payment methods

To make a Reservation or contract a Service you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect to third-party platforms for you to formalize the payment of the Reservation by credit card or other available payment method.

The payment methods accepted on https://onprojectlabs.com are: Paypal, Credit card, Bank transfer, Debit card.

The providers or issuers of payment methods may adopt anti-fraud measures that result in the rejection of certain types of transactions over which we have no control, so On Project Labs, Sociedad Limitada is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

You can modify your payment methods through your account or by contacting us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section. After each update, if it is a recurring purchase, you authorize us to continue charging you through the relevant payment method.

4.3 Billing

When making your purchase, you have the right to receive a paper invoice free of charge. If you wish to receive it in electronic format, you only need to expressly authorize it by checking the corresponding box or notifying us through any of our Customer Service channels.

You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting us through the same Customer Service channels, without any cost to you.

4.4 Withdrawal

Changed your mind? No problem. You have the right to withdraw from the contracting of the Services, without needing to state a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting. If you request that the Service provision begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay the proportional part of the Service already provided at the time you communicate your decision to us.

You will lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, if the execution began with your prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that you would lose the right once the contract has been fully performed. To exercise this right you can:

Withdraw from the Services here, without leaving the Website. This is the fastest way: you can do it throughout the withdrawal period and we will confirm receipt without delay on durable medium, indicating its content and the date and time we received it.
Write to us through any of the channels in the Customer Service section, telling us that you want to withdraw. You do not need to explain the reason or comply with any formality; if you provide us with the Reservation number, it will help us process it faster.

If you prefer not to write the message, you can copy the withdrawal form template found at the end of this section. Its use is optional: any communication that clearly states your decision is equally valid.

Once the withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund all amounts paid without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision. 4.5 Promotions and discounts

At On Project Labs, Sociedad Limitada we may launch promotional campaigns or apply discounts on our products or services at any time. These campaigns will be available during the period expressly indicated in the promotion itself or while they remain published on our website.

Unless otherwise indicated, promotions and discounts are for one-time use only, non-cumulative, and subject to availability. At On Project Labs, Sociedad Limitada, we reserve the right to cancel any order if we detect an obvious error in the published price or improper, fraudulent, or contrary use to the promotion conditions.

By submitting a Review, you expressly accept these Terms of Use, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy and Cookies, and you declare that:

You are of legal age.
You are the original author of the content or have the necessary authorizations for its publication.
The Review reflects a real personal experience, either your own or of people in your environment for whom you have authorization to share such experience.
You have not received any payment, gift, discount, or other consideration in exchange for posting the Review. We do not publish purchased or incentivized reviews. If a review comes from a commercial collaboration, it will not be shown as a consumer opinion and will be clearly and unequivocally identified as promotional content.
The content does not infringe third-party rights (including copyright, image rights, data protection, trade secrets, or the right to honor).

They contain offensive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, sexist, racist language or incite hatred or violence.
They include advertising, spam, links, prices, external comparisons, or other commercial purposes.
They contain viruses or potentially harmful technical elements.
They refer to topics unrelated to the Reservation or the Services evaluated, such as payment or charge issues, cancellations, refunds, or other incidents that must be handled through the enabled contact channels.
They contain personal data of any kind or sensitive data pursuant to Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (such as health, beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.).
They constitute attacks on other Users or other Reviews.

Reviews may come from both those who have made a Reservation or contracted a Service directly on On Project Labs, Sociedad Limitada as well as from third-party websites, in which case their origin may be indicated.

Once published, we will inform you about the criteria used to determine their order of appearance, which will be based on objective parameters such as the date of publication, relevance, or usefulness. Under no circumstances will the original content or rating be modified.

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1 Intellectual and/or industrial property

In any case, each Reservation will be governed by the Terms of Use in effect at the time it was made, and no subsequent modification will affect Reservations already made.

8.4 Independence and Integrity of the Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses comprising these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented with others that, being in accordance with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced clauses.

8.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Access to and use of https://onprojectlabs.com shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Granada, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case where you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
