3.1 Making a Reservation

3.2 Conditions to modify or cancel a Reservation

If you want to modify or cancel the Reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided it is made in accordance with the following conditions and subject to availability:

Penalty for cancellation outside the deadline: None

You can request the modification or cancellation from the Website or by contacting us through the usual channels.

If you do not attend on the day and time of the Reservation without having modified or canceled it as indicated in this clause, it will be considered a late cancellation and we may apply the informed penalty, without affecting the right of withdrawal when applicable.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 Prices

The prices applicable to the Services are those indicated at any given time on the Website on the date the Reservation is formalized and include VAT and any other applicable indirect tax. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect Reservations and Services already confirmed.

4.2 Payment methods

To make a Reservation or contract a Service you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect to third-party platforms so that you can formalize the payment of the Reservation by credit card or another available payment method.

Payment method providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that result in the rejection of certain types of transactions over which we have no control, so Jose Coquillat Caballer is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

4.4 Withdrawal

If you request that the Service provision begins during the withdrawal period, you will pay the proportional part of the Service already provided at the time you communicate your decision to us.

You will lose the right of withdrawal when the Service has been fully performed, if the execution began with your prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that you would lose the right once the contract was fully executed. To exercise this right you can:

In any case, each Reservation will be subject to the Terms of Use in effect at the time it was made, and no subsequent modification will affect Reservations already made.

8.4 Independence and Integrity of the Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses that make up these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented with others that, being in accordance with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced clauses.

8.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Access to and use of https://pepecoquillat.com shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of València, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case where you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
