What are your rights?

You may exercise the following rights at any time and free of charge:

Objection: to have us stop processing your personal data for any of the purposes mentioned above, provided there is no legal obligation preventing this.

This period may be extended once for up to an additional thirty calendar days. The exercise of the rights of rectification, deletion, and objection is always free of charge. The rights of access and portability are free at least once per quarter; from the second request within the same quarter, we may charge you the direct costs incurred.

If we do not properly respect these rights as the data controller, we inform you that you may file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority at Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales (cuando entre en funcionamiento), o los Tribunales de Justicia de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 19.628,, as well as with the data protection supervisory authority of your country of habitual residence, workplace, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
