If you make a Reservation on behalf of a company, you should know that it will be bound by the same.

If you do not receive the Reservation confirmation, check your bank account to ensure the payment has been made correctly. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or "spam" mail. 3.2 Conditions to modify or cancel a Reservation

If you want to modify the date or time of the Reservation, we will do our best to attend to your request subject to availability. You can request the modification from the Website or by contacting us through the usual channels.

If you do not attend on the day and time of the Reservation, it will be considered a modification or cancellation outside the deadline and you will lose your right to a refund.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 Prices

The prices are those indicated on the Website and may be updated at any time without prior notice. These prices include VAT or any other applicable indirect tax.

4.2 Payment Methods

To make a Reservation or contract a Service, you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect you to third-party platforms to formalize the payment of the Reservation by credit card or other available payment methods.

Payment method providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that result in the rejection of certain types of transactions over which we have no control, so NEXITUM PERSONAL SHOPPER INMOBILIARIO SL. is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

After these 14 calendar days, counting from the date you contracted the Service, you will no longer be able to withdraw.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing either by postal mail to the address, Rambla Catalunya, 124, 2º 1ª , 08008 Barcelona, or by writing to the email nexitum@nexitum.com. Once the withdrawal is exercised, we will proceed to refund the price as soon as possible, and in any case, within the following 14 calendar days. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

Items that do not have their original packaging intact and unopened, as well as any type of personalized product, cannot be returned by exercising the right of withdrawal. In this regard, the return of all products that show any type of manipulation of the protective film of the box or wrapping will not be accepted; otherwise, the value of the item will suffer depreciation.

4.5 Promotions and Discounts

At NEXITUM PERSONAL SHOPPER INMOBILIARIO SL., we may launch promotional campaigns or apply discounts on our products or services at any time. These campaigns will be available for the period expressly indicated in the promotion itself or while they remain published on our website.

Unless otherwise indicated, promotions and discounts are for one-time use only, not cumulative with each other, and subject to availability.
