• Penalty for cancellation after the deadline: The money paid up to date is not refunded and if there is any pending payment, it will be claimed.

4.5 Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the Services for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting, provided that you have not used them. After these 14 calendar days, counting from when you contract the Service, you will no longer be able to withdraw.

Once the withdrawal has been exercised, we will proceed to refund the price as soon as possible, and in any case, within the following 14 calendar days. We will make such refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

If you prefer, you can use the withdrawal form model provided at the end of these Terms of Use in ANNEX 1 to exercise the right to withdraw, although it is not mandatory.

4.6 Promotions and Discounts

At Leandro René Ojeda López, we may launch promotional campaigns or apply discounts on our products or services at any time. These campaigns will be available during the period expressly indicated in the promotion itself or while they remain published on our website.
