At FED EUROPE, we offer you services through the website https://fed.show/eu, and, where applicable, through mobile applications and other interactive properties that we at FED EUROPE own and operate (collectively, the "Web"), under the following Terms of Use.

Access to the Web grants you the status of "User," understood as anyone who uses the Web for the purpose of obtaining information about the products and services offered, to register on the booking platform, or to contract the Services (hereinafter, a "Booking" or the "Services").

1.2 Acceptance of the Terms of Use

We recommend that you read these Terms of Use carefully before making a Reservation. The use of the Website or making a Reservation by any User implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Legal Notice, which are available at the bottom of the Website.

If you have any questions related to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, or the Legal Notice, you can contact us through our usual contact channels, and if you do not agree with them, we ask you to leave this page. If you make a Reservation on behalf of a company, you should know that it will be bound by the same.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1 Access to the Website

The Website is free and open to access; however, making a Reservation may require prior subscription or registration on the Website. Additionally, some sections may require you to fill out a form or make a payment beforehand, as explained later.

As a User, you agree to use the Website, its content, and its services in accordance with these Terms of Use, applicable law, public order, and good customs, and not to use it in a way intended to damage, disable, and/or overload the Website, or that may in any way prevent the normal use and operation of it.

At FED EUROPE, we make a continuous effort to keep the Website functioning well and to keep the content updated. However, at FED EUROPE, we cannot guarantee the complete availability and continuity of access to the Website or the updating of its content.

2.2 Registration

As mentioned, to make a Reservation, we may ask you to provide certain registration data or other information. By continuing with the registration, you agree to:

  • provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form; and
  • maintain and promptly update this information so that it remains true, accurate, current, and complete.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and to deny you current or future use of the Website. The processing of personal data you provide to us through the registration form is governed by our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

2.3 Limitations on Use of the Website

By using the Website you agree not to:

  • Make a Reservation or contract a Service if you are under 18 years old.
  • Perform actions likely to alter, damage, interrupt, or harm our electronic systems or those of third parties; as well as not obstruct the access of other users to the Website and its services by massively consuming the computing resources through which we provide our services.
  • Attempt to access the email accounts of other Users or restricted areas of our or third parties' computer systems and, if applicable, extract information.
  • Infringe our intellectual or industrial property rights or the rights of third parties.
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute (or any other form of public communication), transform, or modify the content published on the Website.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other device, process, or automatic means for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Website.
  • Bypass any measure we may take to prevent or restrict access to certain areas of the Website.
  • Attempt in any other way to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.

If you do not comply with the provisions of these Terms of Use or any other conditions set forth on this Website, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, and/or terminate your access to it, and may take any necessary measures to do so.

2.4 Security and Password

Your Website password is for your personal use and you should not disclose it to anyone nor should you allow any other person access to restricted areas of the Website or parts thereof using your username, password, or other security information.

If there is any unauthorized access or use related to your username or password, you must notify us immediately. We may cancel or block your account to protect you, FED EUROPE, or other users.

3. RESERVATIONS

You can make Reservations through the Website, for which it is necessary that you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Legal Notice.

3.1 Making a Reservation

We provide you with the option to contract the Services through the Website.

Before confirming the Reservation, we will show you a summary with the selected Services, the total itemized price, and the data you have provided us. You can go back at any time during the process to review and correct the entered data before finalizing the Reservation. To complete it, you must click the button "Reserve with payment obligation" or an unambiguous equivalent formulation, thus expressly confirming that the Reservation implies a payment obligation.

The contract may be formalized in any of the languages in which the Website is available, specifically in the one you are browsing when making your Reservation.

Once the Reservation of the Services has been made through the Website, you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the corresponding information.

We will keep a record of your Reservation and the confirmation we send you by email, which constitutes the contract document in durable format and includes these Terms of Use and the applicable pre-contractual information. We recommend that you save it; if you need it again, you can request it from us through our Customer Service channels.

If you do not receive the Reservation confirmation, check your bank account to ensure the payment has been made correctly. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or "spam" mail. It should be there. In any other case, do not hesitate to contact us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section.

3.2 Conditions to modify or cancel a Reservation

If you want to modify or cancel the Reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided it is made according to the following conditions and subject to availability:

  • Minimum advance notice to modify or cancel without charge: 1 week before the start of the event.

  • Penalty for cancellation outside the deadline: 100% of the ticket price

You can request the modification or cancellation from the Website or by contacting us through the usual channels.

If you do not attend on the reserved date and time without having modified or canceled it as indicated in this clause, it will be considered a late cancellation and we may apply the informed penalty, without affecting the right of withdrawal when applicable.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 Prices

The prices applicable to the Services are those indicated at each moment on the Website on the date the Reservation is formalized and include VAT and any other applicable indirect tax. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect Reservations and Services already confirmed.

4.2 Payment Methods

To make a Reservation or contract a Service, you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect you to third-party platforms to formalize the payment of the Reservation by credit card or other available payment methods.

The payment methods accepted on https://fed.show/eu are: Credit card, Debit card, Paypal, Stripe.

Payment method providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that result in the rejection of certain types of transactions over which we have no control, so FED EUROPE is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

You can modify your payment methods through your account or by contacting us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section. After each update, if it is a recurring purchase, you authorize us to continue charging you through the relevant payment method.

4.3 Billing

When you make your purchase, you have the right to receive the invoice on paper free of charge. If you wish to receive it in electronic format, you only need to expressly authorize it by checking the corresponding box or notifying us through any of our Customer Service channels.

You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting us through the same Customer Service channels, without any cost to you.

4.4 Withdrawal

Have you changed your mind? No problem. You have the right to withdraw from the contracting of the Services, without needing to state the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting. If you request that the provision of the Service begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay the proportional part of the Service already provided at the time you communicate your decision to us.

You will lose the right of withdrawal when the Service has been fully executed, if the execution began with your prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that you would lose the right once the contract has been fully executed. To exercise this right you can:

  • Withdraw from the Services here, without leaving the Website. This is the fastest way: you can do it throughout the withdrawal period and we will confirm receipt without delay in durable medium, indicating its content and the date and time we received it.
  • Write to us through any of the channels in the Customer Service section, telling us that you want to withdraw. You do not need to explain the reason or fulfill any formality; if you provide us with the Reservation number, it will help us process it faster.

If you prefer not to write the message, you can copy the form template you will find at the end of this section. Its use is optional: any communication in which your decision is clear is equally valid.

Once the withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund you all amounts paid without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of your decision. We will do so using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly indicate otherwise, and at no cost for the refund.

4.5 Promotions and discounts

At FED EUROPE, we may launch promotional campaigns or apply discounts on our products or services at any time. These campaigns will be available during the period expressly indicated in the promotion itself or while they remain published on our website.

Unless otherwise indicated, promotions and discounts are for one-time use only, non-cumulative, and subject to availability. At FED EUROPE, we reserve the right to cancel any order if we detect an obvious error in the published price or misuse, fraudulent use, or use contrary to the promotion’s conditions.

If your complaint is not resolved through our customer service, we will inform you about the competent alternative dispute resolution entities for consumer disputes, without prejudice to your right to go to consumer authorities or courts.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Regarding information

The content of the Website is general in nature and has an informative purpose without guaranteeing its exhaustiveness, accuracy, timeliness, or usefulness for a specific purpose.

6.2 Regarding third-party linked content and services

We offer you such links and information and/or services solely for your convenience, and it is your responsibility to read and accept the terms of use and privacy policies published on those linked websites or applications.

In no case does the existence of linked sites, integrations, the presence of plugins, or search mechanisms imply our recommendation or promotion of the linked sites or their content. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content, statements, or services provided by third-party websites.

In any case, we will proceed with the immediate removal of any link when the content it redirects to may contravene national or international legislation, morality, or public order. Therefore, if you believe there is a linked website with illicit or inappropriate content, we ask that you inform us so that we can take the measures we deem appropriate.

6.3 Availability of the Website

We have adopted, and will continue to adopt, all necessary measures within our capabilities and the state of technology to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to prevent the presence of harmful components. However, we will not be liable for any damages or losses that you or third parties may suffer due to the inability to access the Website, as well as the presence of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any of the rights that consumer legislation grants you mandatorily.

7. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

At FED EUROPE, we allow Users who have contracted a Service or made a Reservation to share their experience through reviews, ratings, and comments (hereinafter, the “Reviews”). These Reviews aim to help other Users make informed decisions.

By submitting a Review, you expressly accept these Terms of Use, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy, and you declare that:

  • You are of legal age.
  • You are the original author of the content or have the necessary authorizations for its publication.
  • The Review reflects a real personal experience, either your own or of people in your environment for whom you have authorization to share such experience.

  • You have not received any payment, gift, discount, or other compensation in exchange for posting the Review. We do not publish purchased or incentivized reviews. If a review comes from a commercial collaboration, it will not be shown as a consumer opinion and will be clearly and unequivocally identified as promotional content.

  • The content does not infringe third-party rights (including copyright, image rights, data protection, trade secrets, or the right to honor).

  • You do not include personal data (such as full names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, booking numbers, or similar identifiers) of yourself or third parties.
  • You refrain from including images or references to minors.
  • You agree that, when the system requires it, you may be asked for a pseudonym, which may be visible alongside the Review.

7.1. Moderation and publication

At FED EUROPE, we may review reviews both through the implementation of automated systems and by manual methods, before or after their publication. Likewise, we reserve the right to delete or reject them, in whole or in part and without prior notice, if:

  • They are false, misleading, inaccurate, or not based on a real experience.
  • They contain offensive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, sexist, racist language or incite hatred or violence.
  • They include advertising, spam, links, prices, external comparisons, or other commercial purposes.
  • They contain viruses or potentially harmful technical elements.
  • They refer to topics unrelated to the Reservation or the Services evaluated, such as payment or charge issues, cancellations, refunds, or other incidents that must be processed through the enabled contact channels.
  • They contain personal data of any kind or sensitive data (such as health, beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.).
  • They constitute attacks on other Users or other Reviews.

Although we may correct spelling or formatting errors that do not alter the content, as well as remove personal data included by mistake, we will publish both positive and negative Reviews that meet these requirements and under the same moderation criteria. Likewise, you may publish only one Review per each Reservation or contracted Service.

7.2. Verification and publication of reviews

We apply reasonable and proportionate measures to verify that the Reviews come from people who have actually contracted or used the Service. To do this, we check that each Review corresponds to an effectively made Reservation, through the confirmation number, the email linked to the contract, or another technical validation mechanism. Reviews that pass this check may be displayed as verified, indicating the verification method applied.

Reviews may come from both those who have made a Reservation or contracted a Service directly on FED EUROPE and from third-party websites, in which case their origin may be indicated.

Once published, we will inform you about the criteria used to determine their order of appearance, which will be based on objective parameters such as the publication date, relevance, or usefulness. Under no circumstances will the original content or rating be modified.

7.3 Rights of use over Reviews

By submitting a Review, you grant us a free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publicly communicate, or distribute the Review, in any medium or format, including websites, social networks, commercial communications, points of sale, and, in particular, also for advertising or promotional purposes.

This license does not grant you the right to remuneration and will remain in effect as long as the Review remains published. If you request its removal or revoke your consent in accordance with the following section, we will stop using it in new media or campaigns, without prejudice to uses already made in accordance with the law.

7.4 Removal, modification, and revocation

You may request at any time the removal, anonymization, or modification of your Review by contacting lorenzo@dimecomunica.com. You may also revoke the consent granted for its use, without prejudice to treatments already carried out in accordance with the law.

7.5 Liability

As a User, you are solely responsible for the content of your Review and any legal consequences arising from it. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors and therefore do not constitute statements or guarantees issued by us. At FED EUROPE, we disclaim all responsibility regarding their truthfulness, accuracy, or usefulness.

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1 Intellectual and/or industrial property

The design of https://fed.show/eu as well as the databases, software (including source code), the various elements that make up the website (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, color combinations, etc.), as well as the distinctive signs (logos, registered trademarks, and trade names) that appear on it are owned by FED EUROPE or the license holders and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.

Under no circumstances does the use of the Website or the contracting of the Services imply the transfer of any intellectual and/or industrial property rights over it or its contents.

8.2 Force Majeure

In the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays the fulfillment of the Services, we may be forced to suspend our obligations in whole or in part. Such events shall include, without limitation, war, riots, insurrection, social disturbances, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to us.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you without undue delay. If such suspension lasts more than 20 days or it becomes evident that we will not be able to fulfill the obligations, you will have the option to cancel the Reservation and a refund will then be processed under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.

8.3 Modification of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use were last updated on 22/10/2026. We may review and update these Terms of Use at any time and will notify you by the usual means, but any changes affecting material elements will not take effect until 14 days after publication.

In any case, the Terms of Use in effect at the time of each Reservation will apply, and no subsequent modification will affect Reservations already made.

8.4 Independence and Integrity of the Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses forming these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented by others that, being in accordance with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced clauses.

8.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Access to and use of https://fed.show/eu shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Chiclana de la Frontera, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which you may be entitled, except in the case where you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
