These Terms of Purchase govern the acquisition of items through the website https://www.viefe.com (hereinafter the "Website") which sells and advertises products of Viefe.

Access to the Website grants you the status of "User," understood as anyone who uses the Website for the purpose of obtaining information about the items offered, to register, or to place an order (hereinafter, an "Order").

If you have any questions related to the Terms of Purchase, the Privacy Policy and Cookies or the Legal Notice, you can contact us through our usual contact channels, and if you do not agree with them, we ask that you leave the Website and do not place any Order. If you place an Order on behalf of a company, you should know that it will be bound by the same.

The use of the Website or making a purchase through it implies full acceptance of these Terms of Purchase, which may be modified by Viefe at any time, so that the conditions applicable at any given time will be those published on the Website.

The Website is freely and openly accessible, and generally does not require prior subscription or registration on the Website; however, to place an order, you may be required to register beforehand.

In your use of the Website, you agree to use it, its content, and its services in accordance with the Legal Notice, applicable law, public order, and good customs, and not to use it in a way intended to damage, disable, and/or overload the Website, or that could in any way prevent the normal use and operation of the same.

At Viefe, we make a continuous effort to keep the Website functioning properly, maintaining updated content. However, at Viefe, we cannot guarantee the complete availability and continuity of access to the Website, or the updating of its content.

3. ORDERS

You may place Orders through the Website, for which it is necessary that you accept these Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy and Cookies.

3.1 Placing an Order

To place an Order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and confirm your Order to complete it. After this, you will receive an email confirming that we have correctly received the Order along with all the corresponding information.

If you do not receive the Order confirmation, check that the payment has been correctly made in your bank account. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or "spam" mail. It should be there. In any other case, do not hesitate to contact us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section.

All personal data or information you provide us to place an Order will be processed as established in the Privacy Policy and Cookies.

3.2 Modify an Order

If you detect that there is an error in any of the data you have entered when placing the order, you can contact us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section and we will do our best to correct it.

3.3 Product Availability

All Orders are subject to product availability, so if we are unable to supply you with an item due to any difficulty regarding product supply or stock, we will proceed to refund any amount you have paid.

4. PRICE

4.1 Amounts

The prices applicable to the products are those indicated at each moment on the Website on the date of order placement, and exclude shipping costs which will be added to the final order price.

The final price shows the full price, including taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other indirect tax that applies, as required by consumer protection regulations.

Any additional costs charged to the customer will be clearly itemized before confirming the order, such as shipping costs.

In cases where, due to the nature of the product, costs cannot be itemized precisely, the essential characteristics of the products will be detailed so that the customer can make a purchase decision with all necessary information.

4.2 Payment

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or verifying the information requested at each step; you will also be informed of the accepted payment methods. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen at no additional cost.

If there is any unauthorized or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible through the usual contact methods so that we can take appropriate action.

4.3 Payment Methods

To place an Order you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect to third-party platforms for you to complete the payment of the Order using any of the payment methods you have selected.

Payment method providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that result in the rejection of certain types of transactions over which we have no control, so Viefe is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

You can modify your payment methods through your account or by contacting us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section. After each update, if it is a recurring purchase, you authorize us to continue charging you through the relevant payment method.

4.4 Invoices

When making your purchase, you can indicate if you wish to receive the invoice in electronic format. If at any time you prefer to receive it on paper, just notify us through any of our customer service channels and we will send it to you at no additional cost.

5. SHIPPING

5.1 Shipping Methods

During the purchase process, we will confirm if we can ship to the delivery address you provide, and if applicable, the available methods and rates, if any apply.

To formalize the order, it is necessary to accept the pre-established shipping method; on our part, we will send it without undue delay and according to the following timeframes. Some shipping methods may have additional charges, as specified below:

Special products with dimensions over 1.20 m have an extra cost according to the carrier. 3 m profiles are delivered according to the quantities of the original packaging and cannot be delivered separately.

5.2 Deliveries

For the purposes of these Purchase Conditions, delivery or that the order has been delivered will be understood to have occurred at the moment you or a third party authorized by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature upon receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

In the event that delivery is not possible due to the recipient's absence, the transport agency will contact you through the usual means to inform you of the next steps to enable delivery.

6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL.

6.1 Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from all or part of your Order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To start the return process, follow the instructions available on our Website or contact us through the usual channels provided, which are detailed in the Customer Service section of these Purchase Conditions. You may use the withdrawal form template provided at the end of these Purchase Conditions in ANNEX 1 to exercise your right of withdrawal, although it is not mandatory.

6.2 Refunds

When making a return, we will refund the value of the Order, but you should be aware that depending on the shipping location, return shipping costs may apply. Additionally, if you keep part of the Order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place the Order. Our goal is to process the refund as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 14 days from when we receive the returned items. If you have not received the refund within this period, please contact us and we will assist you.

When making a return, we will refund the full amount of any item in an Order provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or used in any way that has reduced the item's value. Please return the item using and including all its original packaging, instructions, and any accompanying documents.

The following warranties provide specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your jurisdiction.

Is there a problem with one of the items in the Order? According to applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, all products must be free from defects, meaning they must conform to the sales contract, be suitable for the intended use, and function like any other product of the same type.

Depending on the product and the defect of the item, we offer you the option to repair it or replace it with a new one. If this is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs, we will offer you a price reduction or a refund, as you prefer.

For 3 years following the date of receipt of the Order, you may return items if they have a manufacturing defect, but not in cases where the defect results from misuse of the product, improper or inadequate use, or damage caused by impacts.

For U.S. consumers, the Limited Lifetime Warranty applies. This covers any material and workmanship defects, ensuring your peace of mind. For products purchased before 2020, a one-year warranty applies, while those acquired in 2020 or later are covered by our lifetime warranty. The warranty lasts as long as the consumer owns their Viefe product; however, coverage ends upon sale or transfer of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, natural disasters, corrosive environments, outdoor use, or alterations. Additionally, changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear are not considered defects and are not covered.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Returns under the Limited Lifetime Warranty offer the possibility of repair or replacement of the defective product. If this is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs, we would offer a price reduction or refund, as preferred. To proceed with a return of a defective product, you must: (1) contact Viefe to report the defect and receive instructions; (2) allow Viefe to inspect the product; and (3) return the product to Viefe within thirty (30) days, accompanied by a description of the defect and proof of original purchase.

We ask you to always check the Orders upon receipt whenever possible so that if there is any issue, you can contact us as soon as possible and we can provide you with a solution.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Regarding the information.

The content of the Website is general in nature and intended for informational purposes without guaranteeing its exhaustiveness, accuracy, timeliness, or usefulness for a specific purpose.

We do our best to accurately display and describe the attributes of our products on the Website; however, color or measurements are only approximate values, so we do not guarantee the actual measurements or colors of the item you receive as they may vary depending on the material used in its manufacture.

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, there is no problem, you can return it.

8.2 Regarding third-party linked content and services.

We provide you with links to third-party websites, platforms, and content to provide and manage Orders, and it is your responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policies published on those linked websites or applications.

In no case does the existence of linked sites, integrations, the presence of plugins, or search mechanisms imply the recommendation or promotion of the linked sites or their content by Viefe. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content, statements, or services provided by third-party websites.

In any case, we will proceed to the immediate removal of any link when the content it redirects to may contravene national or international law, morality, or public order. Therefore, if you consider that there is a linked website with illicit or inappropriate content, we ask you to inform us so that we can take the measures we deem appropriate.

8.3 Web Availability.

We have adopted, and will continue to adopt, all necessary measures within our capabilities and the state of technology to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to prevent the existence of harmful components. However, we will not be liable for any damages or losses that you or third parties may suffer due to the inability to access the Website, as well as the presence of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements.

8.4 Dangerous Products

All products available on https://www.viefe.com comply with the safety requirements set forth in Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety. 9. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Viefe allows Users who have placed an Order to share their experience through reviews, ratings, and comments (hereinafter, the “Reviews”). These Reviews aim to help other Users make informed decisions.

By submitting a Review, the User expressly accepts these Terms of Purchase, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy and Cookies, and declares that:

9.1 Moderation and Publication

Reviews may be reviewed by Viefe, both through the implementation of automated systems and by manual methods, before or after their publication. Likewise, Viefe reserves the right to delete or reject them, in whole or in part and without prior notice, if:

Although Viefe may correct spelling or formatting errors that do not alter the content, as well as remove personal data included by mistake, both positive and negative Reviews that meet these requirements will be published under the same moderation criteria. Likewise, each User may publish only one Review per Order placed.

9.2 Verification and Publication of Reviews

When Viefe can verify that the Review corresponds to an actually placed Order, through the Order number, the email linked to the account, or another technical validation mechanism, such Review may be displayed identified as “verified” and the User will be informed of the verification method applied.

Reviews may come from Users who have contracted an Order directly on Viefe or from third-party websites, in which case their origin may be indicated.

Once published, Viefe will inform Users about the criteria used to determine their order of appearance, which will be based on objective parameters such as the publication date, relevance, or usefulness. Under no circumstances will the original content or rating be modified.

9.3 Rights of Use over Reviews

The User grants Viefe, free of charge, non-exclusively and without territorial or temporal limitation, a license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publicly communicate, or distribute the Review, in any medium or format, including websites, social networks, commercial communications, points of sale, and, in particular, also for advertising or promotional purposes.

This license does not grant the right to remuneration and will remain in effect as long as the content remains useful for the described purposes.

9.4 Withdrawal, Modification, and Revocation

The User may request at any time the withdrawal, anonymization, or modification of their Review by contacting info@viefe.com. They may also revoke the consent granted for its use, without prejudice to the processing already carried out in accordance with the law.

9.5 Liability

The User will be solely responsible for the content of their Review and any legal consequences arising from it. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors, and therefore do not constitute statements or guarantees from Viefe, which disclaims all responsibility regarding their truthfulness, accuracy, or usefulness.

10. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

10.1 Force Majeure

The fulfillment by Font Vergés S.L. of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays fulfillment. Such events shall include, without limitation: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems not attributable to it.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. If such suspension extends beyond a period of 30 days, you will have the option to terminate the current Order and a refund will then be processed under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Purchase.

10.2 Independence and Integrity of Clauses

The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses forming these Terms of Purchase shall not affect the validity of the remainder, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented with others that, being compliant with the law, fulfill the purpose of the replaced clauses.

10.3 Modification of the Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms were last updated on 05/03/2026. We may review and update these Purchase Terms at any time and will notify you by the usual means, but whenever they affect material elements, they will not take effect until 14 days after publication.

10.4 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

Access to and use of https://www.viefe.com shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Vic, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except in the case where you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
